Eat Late, Gain Weight

Believe it, it’s proven on flies. Eating then relaxing allows all those nasty little solids to settle in and makes you gain pounds. Going for a walk after dinner gets things moving and can lead to a healthier digestive system as well as allowing you to check the weather before going to bed. Avoid potatoes altogether and curtail your stops at the 7-11 for those Snickers bars. Get an energy drink instead and really get moving.
