FCC Releases Net Neutrality Bill

The FCC has declared broadband a utility. Citizens ambivalent, company bigwigs ticked off. The bill will not raise any new taxes or fees but simply defines the internet and broadband infrastructure as a necessary utility, used by the public as uniformly as the nations roadways. Executives at several US firms, including ATT, Verizon and T-Mobile are in apoplectic fits, fearing their big paychecks are in danger and that they will no longer be able to fill their swimming pools with champagne.
