Buyer Of Bible Signed By Trump Wants Money Back

The woman who recently bought a bible at auction reportedly signed by president Donald Trump has filed a request for a refund with Ebay. At a rally of his faithful in Alabama, the state where citizens grow the largest and exercise least, the president was passed a bible for his autograph. Trump and his consort Melania often sign Maga hats as well as other items offered by their accolytes at the rate of $60 per item. It’s been a lucrative sideline for him, netting almost $750,000 in 2018 alone. So it was no surprise that he quickly endorsed the bible and passed it back. A buck’s a buck. The bible soon turned up on eBay where it rapidly brought the whopping sum of $325 at auction, almost all profit as the book, a Gideon, had been pilfered from a room at the Mobile, Alabama Ramada Inn. Constance Gubble, from Tulsa, Oklahoma, who purchased the bible, is asking for a refund on the basis that it was sold under false pretenses. She claims she was told the book was signed by its author.
