A Drink From The Toilet
So word is the inmates at our concentration camps are forced to drink from toilets.
Many years ago someone we know who was a girl scout laid on us the astounding news that in a time of crisis it was perfectly acceptable to get water from a toilet for drinking. Wellll…, knowing that could be true we offered to show her the ropes. First one removes all the stuff from the tank lid, the scented candle, spare roll, kleenex box and what have you, then the tank lid itself. After that one lowers a cup or glass into the tank, taking care not to disturb the growth of black mold that often grows in dark, damp places, fills it and can then take a drink. If memory serves the girl scout, as any prudent person would, passed on the refreshment. The water in a toilet tank is different than that in the bowl. It can be used in an emergency, and is preferable to the water in the bowl, which can also be used in real emergencies, or if you are on a survival show and trying to boost ratings.
Problem is the people who are being forced to drink this toilet water are part of a whole different kind of reality show based upon a modern day Stanford prison guard experiment.
And it’s not the water in the tank.
