?? This structure is situated at Dontad Cross Lane, next to AALE MUSTAFA MOSQUE, its a long running structure which used to house many godowns, stalls, shops and showrooms.
?? During the Lockdown officials were busy managing COVID-19 remedies and levied rules so no one bothered about the ongoing illegal construction but what about now, MR Kulkarni the concerned official along with MR Dhas and Sakharkar can act accordingly if they would want to.

?? A 354A Notice and then long waiting. . . .
? True Course of Action:

A Police Complaint must be registered separately in this case, the Ward Officials must bring this to the Police’s attention that the culprits whoever they are had gone against the Maharashtra GOVT’S and Court Orders by carrying out illegal construction in the period of Lockdown taking advantage of the situation, then carry out the action as per you have been taught to deal with this kind of Situation not the one you enacted.

The Notice NO “B/DOB/224/354A-MMC ACT/B48N01/03-08-2020” has also been given to Pydhonie Police Station signed by ASST ENG B&F B Ward stating “i am satisfied that the below mentioned persons have unlawfully carried out Erection of Building/Unauthorised” further it states that in exercise of my powers under section 354(A)(B)(2) I direct that above persons should be driven out by you or your officer from place of the site mentioned above. 2. it is likely that even after removal of persons the execution of work may be undertaken by some other person hence you are requested to keep vigil and similar action should be taken against them also. 3. A report on above please be sent to this office for further action. 4. You are also requested to provide police force for undertaking demolition.
5. If you find the person is habitually involved in such activities, you are also requested to initiate proceeding under MPDA and other acts.
? Present Scenario:
?? PYDHONIE POLICE till date as of Writing this haven’t sent a report to B Ward of the situation and findings at the premises, may be may be not but no arrests or push were made there for sure nor the Ward officials have requested it again. (Estrange authorities Estrange Ways).

There are many CC TV Cameras installed in this street which can be checked to see that Neither the Pydhonie Police Came here to check and take action nor the Ward officials came after the Notice to check upon the work, actually one of the Person involve in this whole illegal scam is sitting right now in his AC Chandelier Showroom office at building no 50 next to 46/48 the other illegal scammers site that is Imran Chashmawala.

It is really pathetic to where we are going with all this, i openly call upon these authorities and say the action is not an action but just mere display thing to buy time so the heat would die down and the Habitual offenders get ample time to secure their illegal instances by means of loop holes in the law.

I would send the copy of Notice and Receipt sent to PYDHONIE POLICE by B Ward to the higher police officials and ask them to ask PYDHONIE POLICE why haven’t they enacted yet, why no arrests and or sealed premisses, same way i will try to wake the Higher BMC officials to what the Officials in B Ward are upto.
?? B Ward officials must must under go re-exam to make sure they still remember what they were taught.
