ACT/C89N01/09-09-2020 Date: 09/09/2020 Ref No.: 112083 to you for Unauthorized construction

 

work of mezzanine floor in progress at Shop no 504, JSS Road, marine lines east, mumbai-02 by

 

the way of using ladi coba slab and M.S.Angle admeasuring size 5.24m x 2.48m x 1.84m (ht)

 

Without taking any permission from competent authority i.e.MCGM without taking prior permission

 

from competent authority i.e MCGM

 

In response to the notice you had neither replied nor submitted any authenticate

 

documentary evidence. It is concluded that you have failed to produce the authentic documents

 

such as-

 

1) Permission/approval from competent authority i.e. Executive Engineer (building proposal) City –

 

III of M.C.G.M. for notice structure.

 

I, therefore, have come to the conclusion that, Unauthorized construction work of

 

mezzanine floor in progress at Shop no 504, JSS Road, marine lines east, mumbai-02 by the way

 

of using ladi coba slab and M.S.Angle admeasuring size 5.24m x 2.48m x 1.84m (ht) Without

 

taking any permission from competent authority i.e.MCGM as mentioned in notice is unauthorized

 

and same is required to be demolished.

 

I am therefore,MCGM hae passing following order:Order

 

You are hereby directed to remove / demolish / pull down the notice structure under

 

reference immediately from receipt of this order, failing which the same will be removed

 

/demolished by this office at your risk, cost, consequences and peril.
