The 25, vadgama building next to Bhanushali Building in c ward which is of ground+6 In Height,As the complainant challenge that the landlord and builder has captured the land of houseGalli and and make extra floor’s also which he said and asked to Muncipal Commissioner, DMC Zone 1, Assistant Commissioner C ward,Ward Corporater and building and factory department

As per source this land was demolished in one fire accident before this structure and Constriction by vadgama builder,the before fire accident the structure was GROUND+2,the house galli space also which was just between Bhanushali Building and vadgama building ,the vadgama building contractor and landlord has also captured the house galli land with that Structure as per the information we get from there Residence People’s

They also said after this building construction we are suffering from many mosquito and smells of waste materials from house galli which is between both buildings, because of no space has been left Muncipal corporation clean up van cant cant clear the all Garbage or waste materials from house galli Because of this Constriction which expand the building upon House galli with the help of some Currupt Officers

here Warees Ali Sayyed also attached the Complaint copy which given to all Authority with the details,he also said that after getting all information which he seeking from C ward and other Authority which prior permission is Nacessary to take before Construction or approval
