Sources Says Those who are doing illegal Constructions doesn’t fear BMC and Corporators. They boastfully say we have manage both of them and we have high Contacts.

 

According to Sources Ganesh Thakur Sub Engineer Building and Factory boast that

 

Assistant Commissioner C Ward Chakkar Pani Ile and DMC Zone 1 Harshad Kale hands are on My head and there is no Tension.

 

State Government Should Suspend C Ward officials for not taking any action against an illegally constructed building in C Ward. BMC C Ward officials only send Notices but does not Demolish illegal structures.

 

Sometimes If anybody Files a Complaint, they Demolish the Structure Temporarily but later the construction continues. The violators are aware about the type of facts to be presented in court to get a stay in which the Civic Officials are involved.

 

There is Strong Connivance Between the Occupants, the Ward Office, and the Local Police Station for illegal Constructions and Commercial Activities.

 

The Problem of illegal Encroachment in the city is now Reaching Dangerous proportions. The only solution is that a robust system needs to be put in place.

 

A Mechanism has to be set up and the monitoring be done by an IAS ranked officer. Every year these matters come to light when a Building Collapses and then the Officer’s Conveniently Forget about them. All this Needs to Change.
