1)Hotel K.M Restaurant from resident duck area is Has Constructed Floor Above Restaurant Illigaly Chimney operation up to mid night there for so much noise & vibration To building.due to chimany fire .it is dangerous for residential members.
2) Restaurant cover open Above activityspace and Constructed floor without any Nacessary Documents ,OC,CC,NOC,From Authority Where On kitchen work Also done in Constructed Floor.there for so much noise & it is dangerous for residential members..
3)Workers do loudly noise at mid night.in society senior citizen & job people disturb due to loudly noise by hotel worker at mid night.
4)Some time hotel doing cooking activity with strong tadka on that time society members problem in Breathing.
5)Shop owner Do Not Following Any Rule’s Which Is Necessary ToBe Follow For Restaurant in residence place
(6) No fire safety or Fire Exit is their in above floor or any Nacessary arrangements for an accident if occurs residential publics lives is in danger
(7) Here One Wall has also constructed on house galli because of that wall since last past many years house galli has never clear,there is because of the wall constructed by K.M Restaurant owner, Between Subha Manzil and K.M Restaurant,This has cause many dieseses mosquitos,rats, ETC
