Noor Hospital Mumbai 400003,Refused To Heart Attack Senior Citizen Patient To Admit For Treatment

Day before yesterday one Heart attack patient Hanif Kutchi was taken to Noor Hospital Mumbai in emergency situation but they refused to Admit patient during in serious condition

as government recently issued a order’s to every private hospital by giving direction to donot refuse any patient in any condition because of Financial Reason or in any reason who ever need treatment

on 20.06.2020 Hanif Kutchi,is Residence of pydhonie Mumbai Age 62 Senior Citizen Person,Who is on dylesis,he take dylasis regularly in Noor hospital only since last 2 years regularly, Because of no dylasis he got an minor Heart attack so his son shehzad kutchi took him to Noor Hospital becauseNoor Hospital is Non-covid Hospital while they said to addmit to patient for treatment so the noor Hospital incharge refused to admit Because his son who went to admit his father hanif kutchi but the Hospital incharge khalid direct refuse to admit patient who was senior citizen and also who was getting regularly treatment in that Hospital only

Recently MCGM given Strict order to all private hospital to work Aswell as with Strict warning in order which recently given they have to accept the patient who ever come for treatment but this noor hospital which is located at mohd ali road operating patients on the basis of capacity of deposit,they are not aware of suprime court order which is strictly prohibited and its serious offance

Today Reporter Warees Ali Sayyed Went to Noor hospital and shown the press id card and Aswell as Human Rights Commission Id card also but the incharge refuse to answer about Incident and the name complete name of that Person Dr Khalid RMO/CMO Of Noor hospital who refuse to admit the senior citizen patient who was got minor Heart attack

This Hospital and incharge and staff  don’t know that they have to answer the press Reporter or Human Rights Authority who has the authority to ask questions and get answer as transparency under protection of human Reights act 1993 power given to Human Rights Activities

So in this case If patient was dead Because of refused to admit or  because of not getting treatment on time so who was the responsible of dead

on the platform of Yellow Press Government should take stern Action with immidate effect Against this Noor hospital who are just doing business in the name of Hospital and also they are not following any rule’s and regulations in any way or in face, department should cancel the Licancace of such private hospitals like Noor hospital who don’t do their responsibility as a doctor’s

These are difficult times and not the time to do business and earn profit. The medical services are the most essential services,
