32/33 Masjid Trust Building Scam?,Irfan Usman Kapadia Old Tanents Expose The Hidden Truth Behind Nawab Masjid Trust and Gani Sherawala VS innocent Building Tanents

Once again (C) Ward allowed to builder’s Mafia Culprits to build Illigal 9 Storey building illigaly, In which builder Gani Sherawala has also booked under MRTP.Act, 420, Etc

As today we got an information from our sources that 32,33 Masjid Trust Building,had successfully completed Illigal Constriction Work by making 9 floors, without any prior permission from competent authority.

As in this consern matter of Building while taking interview of Irfan Usman Kapadia Who is the old tanent of that Building Said, Before 4 year’s while this building was done fulldown for reconstruction as it is before structure 3 floor’s storey building, This Building was under Nawab Masjid Trust which some trust member handed over to builder Gani Sherawala in huge Ammount which was done Illigaly, before starting the Constriction Gani Sherawala and the trustees made joint meeting with old tanents,in that meeting the trustees said that we had got the permission from competent authority to Construct 32/33 Masjid Trust Building till 9th floor which Permission has been granted,but old tanents including me was oppose for making till 9th floor because we was not be able to pay the rents Because we are middle class people and the rents of Mumbai City is so high which we couldn’t afford, then trustees of Building and Builder Gani Sherawala made us promise that till Building won’t complete Entire work we will provide you Monthly rent to each old tanents till the date of giving possession in 32/33 Masjid Trust Building, But the builders and trustee’s had not paid any rents to us which was committed before starting the Constriction,This builder’s and trustee.

Irfan Usman Kapadia said,we are now in very much Problem because we are can’t stay in home also in 32/33 Masjid Trust Building because even after 4 year’s we have not been paid by Nawab Masjid Trust also or by Builder, Even this I had paid to builder 3 lakhs which he ask me to paid in the Against of 60sq extra than my old room space,but now we are in much Problem because of this builder Gani Sherawala and Nawab Masjid Trustee because the Building is in much danger because of many time Demolished by MCGM in last 4 year’s, Last week in Building 4 room’s sealing slab has foll down, even after 4 years we did not get our house properly We can not do Complaint I request Irfan Usman Kapadia from the Maharashtra Government through the Yellow Press

Reporter Warees Ali Sayyed:Why doesn’t the law take some action for such Gani Sherwala builders who endanger the lives of about 100 families for their benefit? This Gani Sherwala is the builder who has built the Gulistan Apartment (C) ward and today 100 families are on a homeless position.We say that without the support of the MCGM Officer, Illegaly does not even touch a block and when the building is complete then Ileeligal remembers To officer wht they allowed Builder to build more than 3 floor’s which is there in plan,also this shouldn’t be make till 4th floor, but here is 9 Storey building

the house they take with their blood and sweat money, MCGM will arrive for making Demolition by saying that this is constructed Illigaly Without prior permission from competent authority, because one middle class person neither fight  they nor the goose are the money And when an electric meter is installed, a water connection is given, then the MCGM Officer do not know that it has made 9 floors on the 3-storey building.And as Irfan Usman Kapadia has told us, the condition of this building is very bad in that part. Today, sealing has fallen in 4 rooms in 6 months. Tomorrow if it happens to be something like the Kesarbai building, then the poor people who are innocent will not die

Those who are corrupt will take their commission and ignore it and take their share Whatever kind of material the builder will sell by preparing it and preparing the bus structure, he will withdraw his bank balance Trustee waqf board / trust instead of taking his own 1 or 2 crores and now the person who takes home with his hard earned money in it Tell him that he is either homeless or not, or he will close the file after making an accidentally reported report. Is it really the poor people who are responsible or the corrupt officers’ or the builders or trustees who are responsible will kill a middle class person.Our request is from the Chief Minister of Maharashtra, do a high level inquiry of the 32/33 Mosque Trust Building and decorate it. Waris Ali Sayed gave this matter to Prime Minister and Maharashtra State Chief Minister as a Human Rights coordinator, to Municipal Commissioner and Home Minister in this case, Maharashtra, get their complaint registered and appeal to make Stern action with immidate effect.
Will the (C ward) assistant commissioner going to come and inspect the Building properly or MLA & Corporater will do something before any accident as like kesarbai Building or Gulistaan apartment

Hope that Sherawala Gani and trustee will be punished for their responsible offance and the innocent Building tanents like Irfan Usman Kapadia will get Justice and they will get rent for 4 year’s which was committed Before starting Construction which trustee and builder must pay to them.
