Wasim sayyed brutally beaten by Pydhunie Police Station Constable Yesterday Night

Wasim Sayyed Was brutally beaten while going home yesterday night by Pydhunie Police Station Constable, While going home Waseem Sayyed was not carrying mask, Because of not wearing mask this kind of punishment should any officer can give to innocent public

if any person is not carrying mask the police have the authority to Harm any Human? Or as per guidelines they can make a panelty?

This type of Violation if any Officer incharge do with public Against the rule he will be punished for this?

I appeal on the platform of Yellow Press DCP Zone-2,must take Strict and Nacessary Action Against the constable under 324,325 IPC, Give Justice to Wasim Sayyed
